- 1 pound box elbow macaroni.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oils.
- 2 cups copped onions
- 1 tablespoons chopped garlic.
- 2 pounds lean ground beef.
- 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes.
- Salt and pepper.
- 2 to 3 cups grated cheese.
Directions :
- Heat the oven to 180 degreen Celcius.
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. drain and set asude,
- heat the vegetable oil in skillet. Add the onion and garlic , saute until soft.
- Add the ground beef and saute until browned,
- Add the tomatoes , salt and pepper, to taste.
